SHIPPING POLICY
Orders typically ship within 1 day of being received and processed. It is possible for orders received after 3:00pm (EST) that same day, to ship the following business day. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and all Holidays.
All items are shipped First-Class Mail® with tracking through the United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. We only ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) at this time.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us and you may return it for a refund minus the shipping costs.
Should you receive your item(s) damaged, we will replace them with the same item(s) once it is returned to us. If the item is not in-stock or no longer produced – we may substitute the item(s) for a product of equal value of our choice.
Returns and exchanges can take up to 1-4 business days once we receive and process the order.
